From UK buyers, we accept Paypal, Direct Bank Transfer, Luncheon Vouchers, other vouchers (please contact us with the type & we will let you know if we'll accept them), cheques, postage stamps, and postal orders.

We love to combine postage. We have our auctions set to give an automatic reduction of 50p for every extra item bought, but if you wait for an invoice before you pay, you might find we'll reduce it even further once the items are weighed together.
If you notice an error or misprint in our auctions, we would appreciate it if you let us know! If you have a question about or problem involving any of our items or auctions, feel free to email us. If you're having trouble getting through to that email, try this one. We check our auctions often and are quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have.
Email doesn't always make it (especially, at the moment, eBay's message service is very unreliable), so if you need to speak with us urgently, you can use this link to pull our contact details and phone us. We highly encourage this. We reply to all emails received, so if you get no reply, we haven't got your message. We want all our customers to be happy, so please phone!
We'll happily accept returns for a full refund if the item is not as described as long as the item is returned as sent. We're sorry, but we can't accept returns if the item doesn't fit or if you don't like the colour. We provide measurements to ensure there is no confusion about sizes, and we unfortunately can't make a picture that looks the same to all monitors.
Please make sure you understand what you're bidding on before you bid, and please contact us if there is a problem with your item. We will do our best to resolve any issues and would prefer that you give us a chance to do so, especially before leaving feedback - leaving bad feedback doesn't accomplish anything.
We leave feedback at the end of a transaction, so please don't be alarmed not to have received a positive right after your payment. If you prefer not to leave us feedback first, please let us know when you have received the item and we will be happy to leave your feedback then. You don't have to leave us feedback in order to receive it; just let us know that your item has arrived and you're happy, that's all you have to do. :)
